I bought this Blackberry 8520 from your shop " M/s Fine Connections - Irla - Mumbai" on the 29th Sept 2009 Bill no: 27705.
I have complained to the dealer about the handest keypad NOT getting lighted up -at times - when I want to use it. Kindly let me know the course of action as I am very sick and tired of running from pillar to post - before I am let with no other action but to go to the Consumer Court.
Kindly treat this as a serious matter.. to avoid negative publicity.

I would suggest for any Blackberry customer with AIRTEL to NOT to opt for Rs. 249/- or Rs. 499 Plan. They are limited download facility with per KBPS setting and that way you pay thouands of rupees to AIRTEL for FREE.Opt ONLY for Rs. 299/ - ( no internet browsing / Emails & Messenger only ) or Rs. 899/- plan ( unlimited browsing / emails etc .)
