BlackBerry 8520 — poor material quality of headset | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased blackberry curve 8520 on 25/02/2001. My device is working very well but after genuine use of hands free, within seven days hands free wire near to connector has been damaged. Hands free was in the working condition. I have complaint this matter to Redington helpline ref complaint id is BB00008488. From helpline customer care executive has guided me to visit Blackberry service station in Baroda city. I have taken the visit but the executive has told me that hands free is not replaceable because of damage. I have used many handsets from different companies but still this kind of poor material quality i have never seen before. Purchasing a new hands free is not big deal for me but if same kind of quality will continue so i wont able to purchase a new hands free every week. I really appreciate the quality of musicplayer in my phone bucause of this only i have purchased this phone. But i am helpless to utilise it without headset. I have mailed this matter on [protected]@redington.co.in but not even ecknoledge ment has been given by the company. Request you to do the needful for replacement of the headset with some different headset with good material and same sound quality which i really can expect from the black berry.
