Blackberry 9530 — misleading advertisements and cheating | |||
I bought a blackberry 9530 about 15 days back. It is unlocked by the company itself and imprted by Redington India. In the carton itself it is mentioned that the phone will work with several service providers, one of them is Tata Docomo. I have prepaid connection with Tata Dcocomo. None of the features worked. When I sent email/complaints to both Tata Docomo and Blackberry, blackberry said you ask the service provider. Service provider says for this model GPRS settings not available. I am using the phone only for making ordinary voice calls. Even maps are not loaded. Both of them are cheating the public by mileading advertisements Was this information helpful? | |||

Blackberry 9530 — Mobile hangs and Touch Screen freezes

With reference to aforesaid complaint you have informed us on telephone that the courire person will lift the phone from the billing address but so far it has not been picked.
The main complaint is the screen hangs / freezes and unable to operate if it is kept unsed for a long time.
I dont want that refurnished set, please lift and send my money back.
I shall be forced to approach Consumer forum if my probem is not resolved within next three days.
No body lifts the phone on the number provided on the Invoice for complaint.

Blackberry 9530 — not deliver after one month
Dear sir,i sent my blackberry to mumbai through DTDC courier, they told me that it will be deliver after two days. But it takes more than one month and still it is not deliver. There is no status update and i call to DTDC to send it back to me. Everyday they are telling me that' you willbe getting on day after tmorrow'. Now i really dont know what to do with this.
