Blackberry — Damage Mobile
I having a problem with the handset i bought from Mtn BlackBerry in Pretora Sammy Marks Square Markhams, the mobile has been sent to the service center in Brooklyn for are couple of times now but nothing is getting better, the service according to me is very bad, my cellphone got replaced twice and i am still not satisfied, i am now holding a cellphone which i collected on 15/04/11 and still is a scraped replaced cellphone. Please advise me on what to do with this cellphone because i have beed taking the cellphone back to the service center for are couple of times now and i am sick and tired about it, i cant use my cellphone happily now, i trusted BlackBerry wholeheartly but i am disappointed now.Be in touch with me on[protected] /[protected] and my email is mcd.[protected]@vodamail.co.za / [protected]@vodamail.co.za

Blackberry 9530 — Cell Phone on service center from last 1.5 months
Hi,I have blackberry storm 9530 which I purchased last year. After few months only I got the replacement for the same due to some problem which they were not able to fix. Now again suddenly its display went off. I gave it to bangalore redington last month start. After approx 1 month that too after making 100 calls they said that it came without repair. Then again when I denied taking it back without repair they have sent it back for repair saying that there was a problem last time. I don't trust any1 of them at all now and not even sure what they had done with my phone.
My blackberry work order number is BLR/BB/11/00877
Please please see to this matter as its really unacceptable now :(

Blackberry 9530 — Naaptol.com supllying outdated phone with brand new tags
Dear Sir / Madam,I bought Blackberry Storm 9530 From Naaptol.com last week, I asked in my querries about the phone they told its a brand new phone with all the standard features as it mentioned with model specification, I got the phone on COD basis and paid all the amount as mentioned on their bill, they also comitted about service support, now the handset which is provided by the naaptol.com is an outdated handset with not supporting service in india, I checked with some of the people who dealt into the same field told me this is an refurbished phone, which will not support in India, I hardly used phone for 2 days and i am not able to use its features as well the main USP of blackberry, Naaptol.com people also not taking any responsibility, please help.
My advice is Govt should not give permission to online business companies if they dont have local offices assessable to the customer & complaints, its a kind of cheating with country & people of India.
your strong step will stop these people to fool others.

the day i recieved the phone it was damaged kindly exchange it and it has 6 months warranty too!

Blackberry 9530 — poor battery life,performance
respected sir/madam,i purchased a blackberry cell phone model no. 9530 (meid dec[protected] ,pin 3118f4a7
,meid hex aoooooodb22864 on 17 feb-2010.
i bought it from UNIVER CELL invoice no 600280 for Rs.20490/-
this is to inform you that my cell phone is below expectation in performance and ability
the battery life is less than a day , it repeatedly hangs up and has poor voice quality
(on aircell and vodafone network).
from the day i have purchased a month after that i have made complaints to the shop and they asked me to contact the service center after many irrelevant advices for my problem
the service center on infantry road bangalore does not receive any phone calls .
finally i decided to go there and they are reluctant to listen to my complaints stating that they are overworked and overcrowded.
i finally deposit my handset but i dont get a replacement set (reason being they are all out of it)

i am extremely disappointed and in too much trouble with poor quality of the handset moreover with poor service.
i would be grateful if you would kindly look into the matter and consider replacing my handset with a new one as it is difficult for me to keep running pillar to post with no answer even after paying so much.
