i surendra kulkarni am applying in your reputed organisation .


i have purchased 1 blackberry phone form you with the reference booking id / code : [protected] , my order no 234305 , the material dispatched on 28/7/11 by first flight the amt paid 5298

the said mobile is not at all working . the incoming calls and outgoing calls are not working , even battery charging is failure and the cursor is completely broke.

so need the help on immediately basis. i have purchase several things from you . but this time .....................

I am user of your smart phone with model 9360 vide serial number [protected], due to some heat extreme heat sort of mosture gone into phone dated 10 april 2013 with poor battery back up given to service center at Varanasi with reference number 486on 11 april 13, phone was under warranty and was very much satisfied from service and performance of phone. When i had given service center they had told me that will it will be rectified in 15 days time post completion of one month when my Sister visited at service center they had told me that you have to pay additional approx 8000rs, i lost my attention that again i have to pay 8k for this issue and additional 2100 for batteries as it was giving poor back up post usage oof one month of purchase. As i am user of Smart phone since 4 years got shocked to get serve one little issue in one and half month and still rectified phone i haven't received yett due to unavailability of smart phone had bought I Phone 5.

As per latest list same model is costing in India approx 16-17 k and phone was in good condition and have to pay 10k for rectified phone. Please let me know where i had did mistake to purchase BB phone or un willingly some sort of moisture gone and for poor battery of this phone.

Please be in my place what will right and do the needfull asap as i am travelling most of the time and do some correction of rates for rectification of mobile along with my spoiled battery so that we as a consumer will give positive feedback to the market as i am corporate banker.

For your knowledge the phone was under warranty
