[Resolved]  Blackberry — Pathetic replacement policy

My mobile track pad stop working in 25 days, inspite of replacement paper submitted to concern distributor , yet not recd in last one week. M i supposed to have no. of mobile i[censored]sing blackberry?
Pathetic contact process. they don’t have any office address or phone no or mail id to escalate the compliant. Pls help in getting my replacement immediately. And also help in changing their replacement policy, which should be customer friendly not company friendly.

I have purchased BB 9300 two months back and facng track pad problem and camera zooming problem, regarding this problem i had visited there authorised service centre VARAD ELECTRONICS in Vashi.They have replaced aand given me new one after 22 days.But still i am facing same problem.
I want my money back.
