Blackberry — Blackberry 9105 handset Complaint

Its with utmost regret and pain that am writing this note to you....I am using Blackberry handset since last 6 years but this time I had made an unfortunate decision of
buying a Blackberry 9105 bearing your brand....

The problem are :-
1. Charging port is not working- I have to adjust properly for getting the BB charged.
2. Keywords are clicked twice- If i click enter once then it automatically work twice.
3. Battery drained up after 1 to 2hrs talk time- after charging full it last for 2 hours of talktime.

With a heavy heart I must say that my last conversations with all employees @ BB Service have painted a very bad picture of Blackberry's customer sensitivity and
concern towards its customer.I'm working with Airtel and have been using BB for the last 6-7 years, all the employees at our organisation are also using BB.

The service guys at BB are now giving me the that my new BB handheld have been serviced before somewhere outside,The handset is irreparable due to
Incoming USB reworked and pad damaged. I must say that it doesn't hold good and absolutely incorrect. I'm the only only person who had been using this device
for the last 6 months and have given this for service for the first time to you. It seems some goo[censored]p has happened @ your Service Station and I've been made the prey.

Now, I'm being asked to pay another 10 K to get the Handset replaced. I'm totally confused either people are making me fool or it is somebody's vested interest.
Since, BB is a big brand and always put Customer First, I'm expecting a solution and right direction from you.

An early reply on this is much awaited.

Blackberry 9105 — Horrible handset

I bought blackberry 9105 around 9 months back. being a blackberry i was kind of confident about the quality of handset and did not mind payin a bit more to get one. but within 2 months o[censored]sing blackberry the handset started showing probs. initially it started by just hanging a bit, but later the time started to by itself every now and then. still being under warranty period i gave my mobile for servicing. the shopkeepers claimed that many people are having probs with this handset and we can try upgrading the software which might solve the problem, but after getting back from servicing the problem continued and various other probs too started surfacing. Like:
Time changes by itself
It started hanging too much
Phone stopped charging
Keypads don’t work well. Various alphabets appear if i press a single key pad slightly.

I complained again at the shop and they once again said bring back the handset we will check. They themselves dint seem confident that the probs with handset can be completely solved. I seem to have wasted 19000rs on a useless phone. My phone is still under warranty period and i want a replacement. My shopkeepers are of no help.
Please advice wht can be done. I have put a lot of money on this phone and it feels bad to see money go wasted.
