Hi, This is my way bill number [protected] I had paid 320 rs for express delivery and you have not delivered my shipment, citing fake reason that consignee is not present at the address. I have mentioned 3 mobile numbers of consignee and 1 number of mine. How come you did not contact any of those

Bad service by Blue Dart.
My shipment is out for delivery at 10:45 AM and at 11:30 its been updated to "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address", even though address is proper and i am at my home.
When I communicated with delivery boy, he said address is not proper that's why he changed status to "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address".
He told me to collect parcel from Blue dart office. (Why should I????)
But when I asked him to read address on parcel then he did not read completely, even though there was complete address present on parcel.
Blue dart, please tell your delivery person to read address properly and get it delivered before updating status.
