[Resolved]  Bluedart — Blue dart courier boys involved in credit card fraud

I got a courier on 5th September which was taken by my aged mother and with in a minute another courier boy of blue dart comes and takes the original courier packet saying this was a wrong delivery and a new one from the bank will be redelivered in 2 hours. He left behind a opened packet of another person, which when we checked was not delivered, and the cards from it were missing, in the meantime the packet of ours which had credit cards were misused before we could block them .Now the Blue dart is escaping from the truth, saying we had delivered your packet to your mother and the person who took back from her is not our employee. I have just one simple question the packet that is with us containing a booklet and some forms how did we get it, which has a marking of blue dart and now they say that this packet was lost, where as when on 5 September 2008 when I informed them about it they said it is still in transshipment and will be delivered soon. Blue dart is making fools of the people by playing wrongly and defending their employees who are cheating people.

Blue Dart Customer Service is extremely unprofessional
When a call is made, no concrete information is given for any of the queries .
If there is a delay no reasons or explanations are given.
Morever most cases misleading information is given to the customer. This is nothing short of cheating.

One of the ever seen undelieverd message so far in my life that my cubicle number and extension is not mentioned,hence not delievered.
From First flight ,mumbai they delivered.
The company address is mentioned clearly,why cant they give it at reception.
One of the stupid reason has given
If they are giving to person and getting signature from consignee means its okay,they used to give it at reception only., Do they really require?or else why cant that delievery person ask for my extension at reception?

I never go for Blue dart hereafter and i wont refer to any of my friends,colleques.
I have experienced the same issue. For every credit card delivery Blue dart courier start complaining about the location that address is not locatable and it seems that they intentionally delay the card delivery.

When we receive everything else (all kind of post) on the same address why not the card been delivered?

This is a serious matter. Can we trust BLUE DART COURIER for any future delivery?

It has to be investigated by the credit card companies.

Not giving Proper Response

I am quite certain that some nexus is working for steeling credit card data. Bluedart delivers all parcels smoothly but when its a credit card all problem starts on. No one called me up for the delivery but I can see repeated false updates regarding the premises was closed.

3rd October was an working day for all central govt. organizations. Your delivery staffs didnt even bother to call me.
A big nexus is working behind this. They will force the customer to call up the courier and collect some information based upon which they will try to steel the credit card data from the customer by calling them later on.

Same loop is happening this time as well. This is my 7th credit card, so I can predict what is going to happen now. Anyway I have twitted the same and posted this case into several forums. This malign practice must stop.
