[Resolved]  Bluedart — delivery of courier

bank send me a courier by bluedart first time it was returned to bank by blue dart , saying no one found on this address, i request bank to re send it again this time i was tracking my courier way bill no is :[protected]. any body doesn't come to my door step and now status is showing that Cnee Refusing To Give Identification .
can any body tell me a solution what can be done
