I have sent DOX express delivery to GOA on 29th November 2012 but today its 4th December 2012 and its still not been delivered to the address. I spoke with customer service and they are saying that is that okay if we deliver it on 5th December 2012 ? What is this ? If you can not deliver post on time why they charge more than 300 Rs for express courier for Goa from Pune.

they helped me now happy with service as there was late delivery they are sorry for the delivery and now they have returned my DHL amount for late delivery.
