It's pathetic company who does not take customer's concern and requirement seriously. Contineously i've been following for my urgent documents ([protected])from the bank but in return very poor response getting from the customer care executives.They've even updated wrong information to thier system , that they've attempted to deliver it Thrice but in actual they'd only attempted once for delivery. Due to my stretch working hours i am unable at home for receiving the letter , but when Blue Dart have mentioned their working hours between 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. , they should give some extra minutes to facililate thier customers who are unable due to working schedule as I am having. After all my daily followups, finally to my shock casually they've returned the letter to the bank when it was confirmed to me yesterday i,e, 26/04/2010 that they'll somehow manage to deliver it by 6.30 p.m. , It is shame for this kind of company to exist in Courier industry , where their main motive should be to give better facility to thier customer , when they are already charging high from the them.
It's pathetic company giving false information to their customer. It is always better to stick with Govt. post rather than relying on non-cooperative companies.
This letter is very urgent to me , incase if i fail to do my relevant work due to Blue dart failure of delivery of letter , strong action will be taken.

This company is very unreliable; please ask all your vendors to use DHL...at least not to use Blue Dart!
The staff of this company does not have any manners to talk either!
