sir i had purchased a mobile boss e 3300 vide order no,241680dtd 23/03/2010 from naap tol.com.but it is not working.it should be replaced as it is within warranty period. from--pankaj trivedi gwalior m.p.474002

COMPLAINT ON NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTRE
I am VARUN, me and my brother purchased the Nokia handset 6500 s-i on 28/07/2007 and the IMEI No. [protected] on 20/07/2009 my handset camera flash do not working.
So on 04/08/2007 we gave this handset to your authorized service center at, FONZ UNLIMITED .rabia mension, Dr.B.N.verma road opp union bank, aminabad, lucknow – Ph: [protected]. I was following up with the customer care about my handset, later on 04/08/2009 I visited your website www.namscareonline.com with my job sheet no. 16013, I got the report as “Repaired-Closed” immediately I contacted the service center that my set is ready. One person from service center collected my set from the L3 office on 23/072009. I got this information because I was following up with them to get my set, as I required my set urgently. By evening same day service center’s person called not a aney call and not a informed I got the set, so my brother requested please call back as so on as u reach the shop. He called at 6.55 PM by the time we pickup the call he disconnected, again we called the Person who called from the service center Mr. imran to stay back 5 minutes we are in the same locality. He answered very harshly that no it is not possible to stay even 1 minute as the is till 6.30PM. Inspite requesting he was not ready to stay, so my brother went on 05/08/2009 to collect the set.
At that time the handset is accepting HUTCH connection but not any other connection. Immediately my brother informed me regarding this and I spoke to customer care and the answer I received my your customer care is that it is not possible so that Mr. imran is playing around. My brother did not take delivery of the set and gave back the set for repair. The Job sheet no. was same. I am following up with the customer care and they tell that this set was not received by them and in service center Mr.imran tells us that he has send the set to L3 office. Again I called on 04/08/2009 to your customer care they require another 5 days to repair. After 5 ie., on 04/08/2009 I called to customer care they told to collect the set from the service center and when I called to service center the answer I received is that my set was scraped and I will be getting new set ie., after 15 days. But till now no response. NOKIA IS WORST & I DON’T KNOW LEAST WORD THAN THIS.

Dear Authorities of CONSUMER FORUM,

My name is M.VARUN, i am 3rd year student of Civil Engineering studying in Government College of Engineering in HYDERABAD.

I have saved up my pocket money to buy a phone.

I have seen an add in NEWSPAPER (TIMES OF INDIA)..for a phone advertisement of BOSS E PHONE 3300 by NAAPTOL.COM

I had a placed the order on 16th April 2010 for a BOSS E PHONE 3300 for Rs. 3999 + Shipping Chargers 199. Total Amount Rs.4199.00

The order was placed thru phone.

I had recieved the order on 19th April 2010 at around 3.30 pm in the afternoon.

Since i opted for CASH ON DELIVERY as mode of payment. I paid Rs.4199.00 as full and final payment.

After opening the packet, as it was intstructed in the USER MANUAL provided by the company, it said that for first use, the phone needs to be charged for 3 FULL HOURS.
I followed the instructions, and did charge my phone for 3 FULL HOURS.

After charging was complete, When i try to TURN ON the PHONE, The phone DOESNT TURN ON.
I called up the customer Service of Naaptol and spoke to MR.SUBRAMANYAM, senior executive.

I intimated my problem to him, and he suggested me, to courier the phone back to them, so that they can replace it with a new one.

My question is, Why should i courier again with a amount of 1500/-, even though my fault is not there.

When i asked Mr.SUBRAMANYAM, about the seller, he gave me the information. It is as follows

However, i did leave an email to Krishan Traders addressing Mr.RANJIT JAIN, regarding my problem with the phone. Unfortunately, I didnt recieve any reply from him.

Dear sir(s)/madam(s) of CONSUMER FORUM, please take my problem seriously and help me. Because 4199.00 is not a less money.

I am ready for a replacement or even a reimbursement.

I am hoping that you will help me.
