Boss e-phone purchased from Naaptol....it has brocken screen display...
i want replacement by new screen/ display. Atleast let me know address or contact of nearest service center from Nasik.
Naaptol service cener lines are always busy. I think they are cheating customers.

i purchased above mobile phone from naptol.com The touch screen is found broken, I mailed to naptol.com for let me know the place where i can get it repaired but no response has been received by me.

I have purchsed Boss ephone3300 on 26/03/2010 from Naaptol vide order no.-243172.After 15 days its touch screen is out of Order.i have contacted Naaptol customer care and requested to replace the same bcoz it is in warranty period but they told me that you should courier it to the vendor in mumbai to your own cost and we will get it repaired.

I have order (order no 327854) a boss e phone 3300 through naptol.com (online) on 22.04.2010 and recrived on 28.04.2010. when i open the box and switch on the phone tuch screen is not working. and i made call in your co. your custer care exicutive has advised me to return the phone with all accesories at tele products 50 khatri compound elphinstone brij mumbai-400013. and ensure that u are send me the new phone within 10 working days.
I have return the phone at tele products 50 khatri compound elphonestone brij mumbai-400013 on 29/04/2010 please do the needfull.

you are requested to send the phone as earliest as possible

my boss e phone order no. 351658 & delivered at[protected] is not support gprs/wap.please check my mobile and correct in one week if another i will go to consumer court.

Dear Sir,
I purchased the mobile Boss e Phone 3300 from NAAPTOL.COM by booking on phone order no.268982 on 02/04/10 and received on 10/04/10.
The mobile is supposed to be touch screen..Some of it works 2to10 days.some are totally in active.I have called him many times that it is in warranty but they are saying for 1250 rupees for screen.
The call center executive with great difficulty gave one address of Bhandup(w), Mumbai to send the mobile back.but i can, t afford these rupees.
Please help me out if the product sholud be sent back as I have seen many complaints where this company does not respond at all.

This naaptol people are scamming people and their product sucks. My phone just stopped working within 2 weeks. They should be sued. I completely agree with you.
