[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — recovery of portal ID & password

Respected Sir,
I'm using broadband connection at home and my phone number is [protected].
But the problem is that I don't know my portal id and password, so that I can see the usage of the net.

Is there any possibility to get id and password through mail. Without going to the exchange and calling to the customer care.

Please help me, if it is possible to get through mailing.

Broadband — not sending user id and password

Dear Sir,
I am using your broadband since 2005 in telephone number [protected] without any complaint.After that I tranferred my connection to kolkata.The new number is[protected] was was activated 20days back.But it is quite unfortunate that I am yet to receive my new user id and password.I call several times .They are telling me that i am going to receive within one days but it is not happening till date .
Please help me out.

I had taken bsnl broadband connection april 09,after since the portal id which has been provided is not worked ever.
I had many time written complaint given to my branch head office in Singrauli(MP),BUT NO ACTION HAD BEEN TAKEN.
