[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband Connection — Waiting for connection since 8 months

i am a bsnl broadband user from the month of December 2008. for the last two months i.e feb and march, i am getting huge bill as my plan changed from 250 to h500c. the problem is that the billing department didn't update the same. i am presently running bsnl office for the past one month but the officials say that they will have to forward it to bangalore. till now no solution has come. one more thing i would like to say is that in the usage account all the details are correct but the bill is always wrong.
i dont what to do as the bill is getting pended and phone may also get disconnected. please some body provide me some solution.

This is Tanveer ali from hyderabad. Sir I had apply for the BSNL Broadband connection which I haven't got the connection. And when I called to BSNL customer care, they always reply me your connetion is on process and dis-connect the phone or they told me please on hold and after 10-15 minutes they disconnet the phone.Sir I want urgent connection so please resolve my problem...TKANK YOU..My contact details is this:

Broadband Connection — huge bill of the month Dec.2008

I am using bsnl`s broad band connection for the last three months of plan combo plan 500.usualy as i got the bills of an amount of Rs 500( around).But the Dec 2008`s bill is very huge, Rs 1767.I am not using internet regularly, /downloaded .
I am not able to open my usage history in ur portal.pls solve the problem as early as possible.

BSNL[protected] is not working we called to our nearest exchange V.kalathur. they are not responding for the past 3 months. even though if they come and repair also it will work for 1 or days only.again we made cal to them. but they are not responding.so please look in to this problem as soon as possible.pls urgent.
