cheque book at place of 'at par ' got premium book-what is facility not avaliable& extra fac.can got

sir/madam,
i got my new cheque book on 03-11-2008 by post from mumbai vide speed post no-EMS-No-EW106094128IN as wtitten ''PREMIUM'' SALARY ACCOUNT, on each page written as PREMIUM, so i am confused that what facility added or deducted in new type book, can i use cheque any where in india to any branch of AXIX BANK, Please explain facility difference between AT PAR & PREMIUM cheque book.
