m have bsnl brodband home 500c combo plan my total usage is 2074 mb in april month my 1.5 gb data is free in april month but bsnl send me 4085 rs bill now what can i do please help me

when I log on to BSNL to see data usage it shows that

when i open the broadband then it even after giving the correct user id and password the broadband doesn't connect.

My pone no.[protected] is dead from last twenty days . I have complaint three time in twenty days but there is no response . so I am compailnt another . so we are requested you to plese see on the compalint and take action against it.

BSNL broadband No : 22280555 — unable to see data usage

The ID & password are given by bsnl only.

I have realy disappointed with the service of BSNL broad band. There is no doubght that the best service provider is BSNL but unfortunetly I am facing a my slow speed conection and time to time break conection. please consider my request.

I agree with the above complaints as I have also been facing the same problem. I hav a dataone connection from the past 3 months and hav not been able to check its usage even once. the matter has not been resolved even after repeated complaints to the office.
bbservice.bsnl.in is not opening any time. When I type is and took enter it will open ibm service site and some times compression is only 0% so the speed comes so down. Help me

Solution:
Actually, there's a known issue with data.bsnl.in. Even if you give correct user id and password, it'll through error. Try twice or thrice with the same login details, you'll be able to access your details.

I had similar complaints. I wanted to know all facts from the silchar BSNL and wrote several letters alongwith application under RTI ACT. With more than one month over, they have not replied to my single query. I suspect a foul play and a much larger corruption in their accounting system. I request CBI to initiate an enquiry in this regard.
