[Resolved]  BSNL — Scam and cheating!

I am not able to know data usage of BSNL broadband because when i log on to www.data.bsnl.in it asks for user ID, & password, when i click it says check your user ID & pass word. help me.

I have filled an application for BSNL broadband services on[protected] on the plan 500C choosing modem of type IV. It is nearing one month. Still I did not get the connection. The authorities say, it will take time. They do not know, when they would be able to provide type-IV modem. Some of them do not know about the type-IV modem.
I doubt, if the authorities are putting up minimum efforts to procure the type-IV modem.

I had been trying to get access to usage record by clicking www.data.bsnl.in for the last one month.May be my portal ID provided verbally by the local Telephone exchange is incorrect.I repeatedly lodged complaints. I am being told that this is a system error and the matter is being looked into by Bangalore.
Getting frustated I changed the password which was successfully accepted.I also changed the Portal ID which was also successfully accepted. But still I am unable to get access to the unbilled usage record. I shall be grateful if some solution is given to me.

am unable to get information of my internet usage , would u pls provide .Most of the times your portal 'data.bsnl.in' is not functioning.Your earlier portal was excellent,and we feel it is better idea toi go back to the old portal for better services

Procedure for displaying BB usage details for multiplay portal users

I find that total Data transfer(MB) is being shown in the unbilled BB usage record.This is highly inconvenient for the Subscribers having Plans with limited as well as unlimited usage hours.The usage during the unlimited usage hours may pl.be shown as 00 (zero).
The above mention procedure will help the subscribers to know at a glance whether they have crossed the allowable usage limit in their respective plans.

now www.data.bsnl.in site is not open and if it is open means it ask me the id and password. i dont know which id and password to enter...tell me clearly how i can a way to know the usage?
