I have tried to refill my BSNL prepaid Mobile (maharashtra circle) using ICICI online Mobile Prepaid Recharge Top-Up Facility Through Internet Banking and refill of Rs 56.0 TOP UP on 23/9/2008 at 10.30 am and haven't received any refill as yet (2.30 pm same day). Amount of Rs 56/- already debit to you from my ICICI saving account.
