[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Poor customer care service

For cellone mobiles there is only one number [protected] for Chennai customer care. I contacted the number regarding my cellone GPRS configuration which was disconnected following the software upgradation in my mobile NokiaN95. They directed me to another number 24955925. I found no one is lifting the number then again asked the CC they gave 24953717, in that after 15 mts try I got and who attended the call noted my particulars and my mobile model and told me 'will call after 30mts" . Three days gone no one called yet or even lifting the phone. May be they went on Pooja holidays, but who is to take care of the customer is not known. The quality of signal is also bad and mostly we do not get good quality in speech thro mobile.

My pre paid no.[protected] gprs is not being activated inspite of repeated complaint to customer care during the past two weeks.Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest.THANK U.
The BSNL services in all over India provided top class worst services in mobile world .
i surprise why people select this poor services where no customer care, no guarantee of call connectivity and not any responsible authority in Administration to listen the public complaint .

I have a cell one mobile no. [protected].Last one month we are facing some network problem in our area.For exam..when the mobile phone in the room, then no any network in my phone.no incoming calls are received and no outgoing calls are sending, massages, e-mails, mms are total failed.Unfortunately, when a call received by phone, immidate this is call cutt off.this problem not only mine, but also others problem in this area.

i am a saral annant prepaid customer.
presently i have free sms balance which was recharged from the RS 23 free sms voucher.
the sms validity ends on 18th july!
but during somedays when i am sending sms to some kolkata cell phones, RS 1 is being deducted from my main balance, per sms!
i complained about this problem several times to the kolkata bsnl customer care centre but no steps have been taken till now!
I hope you would do the needful and solve the problem as latest as possible!

cell one — Wrong billing

I have receivd your Invoice No.[protected] dt. 4.7.09 for Rs. 968.00 payment due on 20.7.09. My A/C No. is[protected]. I think this is a wrong billing. The total amount is wrong. Please check up and confirm the correct amount to be paid by me. Further, my cell one bill never touched an amount such as Rs. 900 plus. Please look into the matter and confirm the same immediately. Please correct me if I am wrong in understanding your bill.

I would rather prefer disconnection instead of paying Rs. 968/-. Blunders such as entering wrong Account number etc. in my payment slip has already occured last month, due to which my phone was disconnected, which has caused severe mental stress and humiliation to me.

I am having Cellone number [protected]. I am on roaming as such I am not getting the Bills. I got mobile reminders but I dont know how I missed one bill due on 23 June 2009. Meanwhile I received a consolidated bill due on 23 July for Rs. 933. I paid the bill five days ago but the outgoing is still barred and I am refused to make calls. I am asked to contact Customer Care by the pre-recorded message. I dialled [protected] all the time I heard 'All ouitgoing calls are barred. Please contact customer care'. BSNL must allow to contact CustomerCare otherwise how can I reach the Customer care? I sent SMS but nothing has been done. CellOne Customer care Karnataka need prompt service and coordination within the system.

1. Problem is: It show and make problem on cell screen like (TEMPORORAY ERROR OCCURS, PLEASE TRY AGAIN) the again restarting.. But still it was not Solved, so many times go to office and make large number of call to customer care.. from 15 back now ..they given me complaint no's. But it was not solve.

2. Problem is: from the 52 hour to now i was try to send SMS but it not working.. so many times i call on this issue but i could not be still..

plz take action on this..

I have BSLN postpaid conection Mobile no [protected]
plan 525 my due date is 8th of July and I made payment on 15th July 17, 2009 amount 1090 Due to non payment my services they hold on 16th July than I registered a complaint to call center 24365
No progress in the case so far. Details of complaints are

(1) Complaint File no. 3179646 complent bookd on call center on 16/07/2009 11:45:26 AM
and also booked my second compliant after 24 hours but not given me compliant no. .On July 17, 2009 I made 5-6 call to call center 24365 all time they give me non satisfactory answer and always they transfer to my call team leader and hold my call to 15-30 minute and after that call disconnect Please immediately take action to all call member team and BSNL

I am BSNL Customer. Since today evening automatically my sim card is not working. My phone is in good condition. So to check the same I tried the said sim inserted in another mobile phone. Still the sim is not working. A massage that "please insert sim" is shown in the mobile. Please guide me about the problem and solve the same.

CellOne Postpaid BSNL Office Coonoor — non receipt of security deposite

i had closed me cellone post paid coonection no. [protected] in the month of april 09. till date i had not received my deposit money back. i had visited their office atleast 15 times every time only assurance but no refund had received till date .most of the time account offcier is not available in his office/seat.
