[Resolved] BSNL — BSNL GPRS ACTIVATION | |
Dear Sir / Mam, I am a bsnl mobile user of kolkata region ( [protected] ) and activated the one month pack of bsnl gprs on 19th of may 2009. During the same night my balance came down from Rs 50 so my gprs was deactivated, for that i called up the customer care and recaharged my balance to become more than Rs. 50 and sent the gprs activation message ( GPRS E )to 53733 but till now my gprs is not activated and i am continuously getting the same response from the customer care that i have to wait for some time. Its 21st and I launched a complaint id - 3676790 but two days are gone and no reply from the service provider. Please help me out as my penny is wasted. I have made a request for GPRS activation to my No[protected].To day after several request I got the sevice message and I save the same in my No.But my complain is I am unable to conect INTERNET in my Hand set as also in my PC.Please take action and give me a quick reply.

sir,
i have send the BSNL a message gprspre for activating the GPRS.after this i send message MODELNAME MODELNO. and send it.i get setting message but i can't save these settings in my phone because the option is not available and there is only INSTALL option available.so, i can't activated my GPRS.tell me what is the problem.

I purchased a spice s-707n set so as to take a bsnl gprs setting in bhubaneswar(orissa) as I need internet for my upcoming project works.
I purchased and activated it in my hometown Bargarh which is 350 kms away fm bbsr & it worked with a good speed there but when I came 2 bbsr I really got an annoying speed.
Sometimes it's unable 2 connect throwing error messages like Remote computer did not respond for a timely manner and many times like PPP link control error.
Other friends with same gprs connection of BSNL have also the same complaint.
Kindly take some actions against it.

i ve sagem company's mobile veing the set myx8. earlier when gprs introduced for free activation i used to acess net regularly by doing menual setting. but for last 2 monthes i m not able to acess net coz of some setting changed by bsnl. interestingly none of bsnl staff know how to set sagem mobile. they r only doing the setting of nokia mobile. now how i will set the gprs for my mobile plz suggest. i also checked the cellone site but i could not find the configuration settings in the site. pls do the needful at ur earliest.

I have enjoyed the access of the gprs for two months but unfortunately my balance amount came to below Rs50/- as result gprs was cut. But I have put money and balance was more than Rs. 50/- still i cannot access the gprs even some setting made as per the custormer's care person advice .
