[Resolved] BSNL GPRS setting — unable to receive gprs setting | |||
i bought bsnl sim last month mobile no. [protected]. i need gprs setting for the same i called customer care several times but they are unable to send me the gprs setting. when i call customer care it takes 18-20 min to connect to the executives after that again he redirect me to another executives but no one resolves my problem . I simply wants the gprs setting for my nokia 5800 xpress music. till now i have not received any setting yet. when i entered in bsnl site for sending the settings following message display regardin my phone no Your SIM card is not activated. Initialization failed. MSISDN:[protected], reason: Exception: Could not fetch services! i called customer care again but no hope ,through same cell i am using tatadocomo internet and airtel internet but i am uanble to get bsnl internet setting kindy resolve my query Regards Harmohan Patel [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
