NEVER receive phone bills
I never receive my landline bills. I have not received a single bill since Nov 06. My number is 040-23734551. I called up customer service and received an irresponsible reply saying that postal department is not delivering because BSNLis paying 2Rs per bill whereas postal dept is demanding 5Rs. I complained to a higher official whose mail id was mentionedin BSNL site and then received bills through courier for 2 months, but after that no sign of the bill. I wrote a letter in Times of India and then received some calls from BSNL officials asking me to go to phone office and ask for duplicate bill, but is this the solution? I will have to go every month and waste my time. They are not sending the bills on purpose. I have seen several people in my building receiving bills, but I never receive. So this cannot be a mistake of a single missed bill. I have no idea what to do. Please help.

I have booked a complaint to BSNL No. 2702198 for dead of landline no. 2702954 on dates 19.05.08. but still no solution given.

Dear Sir,
I need Duplicate Bill raised in the month of March 2008 towards landline nos. +91 80 26693954 (which is on my name).
Issue - while making payment becoz it was late counter personal kept the cheque + bill for next day clearance, I got the receipt but the bill couln't be retreived.
Even a copy of the same bill would be fine.
Shall appreciate if i get prompt reply on the subject.

I need latest duplicate bill for my land line number 0522 2702522.
I am never receiving my original bills & all the times making payments by obtaining duplicate bills. Even not getting duplicate bill by fax through BSNL general enquiry no 1500.

Dear Sir,
I'm a doing my business with BSNL LAND LINE CONNECTION(0468 2334104).My business firm is in Kumbazha, Pathanamthitta.I'm not satisfied to your service.When customers call to my firm, bell rings, but after taking the reciever, I will not able to hear anything.After dialling 2-3 times, phone will work.Because of your poor service, I'm facing big loss to my business.
I'm complained to BSNL KUMBAZHA EXCHANGE many times(approximately 6 months).But no response from there.So please take necessary action.

My telephone No.044-25559256. Recently shifted from Ambattur old No.044-26572031.My consumer no.03301313932. I have option for ECS for more than 3 years and all the previous bills setlles through Bank ECS.The telephone bill for the present 25559256 disconnected even though the bill for September 2008 has been paid. What is the problem. Pl. restore the service immediately.

I have broadband connection with my number. Whenever I get the bill from BSNL it payable cost was minimum. But I didn't get the bill when the bill amount is too high, and I personally visit the CSC counter and collect the duplicate bill. CSC employees are word less when I asked about the bill information; like: how much MB was use by me.
I try to fine the details in internet BSNL website but the page was not found. My phone number is 03772-223358. Please send the details of Bill number: T071120089223306 at my mail ID. Kindly send it as soon as possible. At present my out going is blocked.
