we the m/s RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE had already deposited the bills . But our telephone is not in outgoing mode . plz. look in to the the matter as earlly as possible, due to offical reasons

The phone hardly work for a week or so and gets out of order. Kindly look into matter and do the need ful to restore all the facility provided with combo plan.Please acknowledg.

BSNL Landline — Phone out of order for last 3 months

This is in reference to my bsnl land line no.[protected]. It is out of order for last 3 months. Despite many complaints no action has been taken. Please rectify the problem ASAP.

I am Muralidhar Samal, SIRPA, K/8, 426 Prince Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata-700045 as a subscriber of your landline (no.[protected] from last 7 years. I was changed my tariff plan from General to Economy plan on Oct'08. But unfurtunately you set my plan as a Special w.e.f 1/11/08. After receive my Last month bill I place my repeat order through you Sampark to set as a ECONOMY plan with immediate effect. But till now I am in Special plan.

I visited to your Jadavpur office and talk to Divisional Engineer (Internal) two times but till date my problem not solved.

I am requesting you, pls rectify my bills and credit my account without fail. If you unable to set my Economy plan, you are liable to any amount I charge in future as a interest of my paid amount.

Your early action on the above matter appreciated.
