Dear Sir/Madam, I haven't received my telephone bill since last two months, when asked to the concerned authority i was told that up gradation for new billing system is in progress. i wish to pay my bill online for which i require my unique customer id. is there any other way to get it ? My land-line telephone no is[protected]Maharashtra-Akola). Please reply me back with the unique ID as soon as possible, so that I can apply for On-line services. Sir,I am in receipt of the password mailed to me, but have not received the username which was also to be despatched to me separately. Request forward the username at the earliest to have access to the netbanking facility.

dear sir! I had to book a ticket.when I opener irctc.co.in site and planned my journey and tried to pay it from my SBI DEBIT CARD it was not available there. I tried in evening also .it was not available this time also.let know why this has happened and proper action must be taken if there is any foul game.
