[Resolved]  BSNL Mobile phone — To stop unwanted SMS

am a BSNL user. am getting more than 6 sms from the numbers like[protected],[protected] such numbers, it is really wasting my time i want to stop that sms.. please tell me how can i stop these kind of messages.but i want to get the sms from IRCTC, GOOGLE, SNAPDEAL Such items

Sir/Madam, I am using the mobile no.[protected] for which bsnl is the service provider. But many times some o[censored]nknown services(from 54000) are activated on my number without my permission and the balance is keep on going deducted. I even can't talk to there customer care because it is not available.I had also send several DNDs but they are not responding. This kind of services on bsnl's part is very bad and they are practicing a very unfair trade practice. I hope that you would address the issue raised by me and take steps to stop automatically deducting after receiving this complaint as I am feeling harassed and in pain. I don't want to use any kind of tips giving service from bsnl. Because of this I am getting afraid even to recharge my mobile as I am in fear that the whole amount I recharge would be deducted by bsnl like this.I just demand a complete refund of my balance. soumen kumar das

I am not interested in these kind of offers. pl z pl z send only useful sms to me...lots of money cutted in few months regarding this offers i want to stop these services from you...pl z resolve my problem soon..
