Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u. Update that Complaint Dear Sir Pls send the statement as earlier as possible to my email-id [protected]@gmail.com May 01, 2014 roshu-g's response still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

BSNL — regarding caller tune complain
this is to inform tht bsnl customer care is not borthered abt any complains and even my complain no. is c1700258 i have register a complain of my caller tune to be closed on 11th feb. they have register my complain but still it is working and it's still not closed so i request u to close my caller tune n look forward to this aciton.........BSNL — caller tune activation

we are an NGO "Pawansut Servangin Vikas Kendra" Our organization telephone No.[protected] is not working and completely dead for more than two month. We have already made so many complaints in telephonic and verbally and personaly in telephone department .but still the position is same. BSNL people are not bothered to rectify the problem and also they are not giving any satisfactory reply.
In spite of our repeated attempts for the past few weeks, still our phone is out of order and we are helpless .what to do and how to precede the matter to get a better service, it is very much disappointing and frustrating us.we have no any previous dues. we already paid rent on dead condition.
Therefore, we request you to look into this matter and do the needful at your end.

my land land and internet no 26511530 and the same was not working for the past 8 months. i had made several complaints at telephone exchange. so fat it is not rectified.
BSNL — excess usage charge
respected sir,bsnl has changed their tariff without giving any information to local public and hence a lot people was given with huge amount without their fault.
according to my plan 500combo using internet froom 2am to 8am is free but the in the bill of February and march i am charged including that usage charge thousand of people are having the same problem due to this change in plans without giving any information to customers.
please look into the matter and necessary actions.

BSNL — non accountal of payment
telephone no.[protected] bill no. 31919654 of 05/12/2010 amount Rs.200 paid on 05/12/2010 at Chutia SO(834001) showing outstanding upto boll no. 36344925 of 05/02/2011 total amount paid on 04/03/2011 amount Rs. 1600 by Kiosk ID 20102 location Hinoo BSNL Ranchi transaction JD 698 Receipt ID 250. Hence a credit of Rs. 200 should be credited in account no. [protected] in next bill. I disagree that Docomo gives consistent speeds, I initially bought 90Rs (200Mb, 30 days) 3G plan of Docomo and I use datacard : Huawei UMG1831, I got speeds from 1.1 to 1.9 Mbps, I felt very Happy then bought this 1000Rs (5gb at 3.6Mbps and then unlimited at 128kbps, for 30 days) 3G plan, now I am getting wonderful speeds of 2 to 3 Kbps lol. My 1000Rs is like poured into water, I use same datacard and surf in the same place, everything same, I get "Perfect Signal" in my mobileclient (which is T-Mobile, even earlier was this same).
Those Docomo people say to call toll free customer care number which asks for 10 digit device number, meaning they help us only if we had bought their modem, they dont provide assistance for third party datacard, although in my case it does not seem datacard mistake as earlier I got good speeds.
Bottom Line: I dont know about BSNL (though I think 15-20kbps is better than Docomo lol), I would recomment NEVER NEVER go for Docomo, they are bigger frauds than BSNL, thay lure into paying more money then never provide service.
On top of that, they have dumb customer care, after explaining entire story, they end up saying it could be problem with datacard and give the number[protected] which has IVR, asks for device number.
I would also appreciate the admin if my complaint were to be escalated further and a remedy found for my slow net speed problem asap, as on 18th april validity expires.
