i'm unable to check my usage, bsnl have provided a website selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in but that website is not working from last 10 days and also i've registered in that website but till now bsnl people didn't give any intimation now i am in 250 plan..please tell me how to check my usage
I am having broadband connection under plan Home 250 C. Earlier I used to usage account at the click of the mouse with full details; but now after changing the web site to selfcare nothing is working. It is not understood why the BSNL discontinued the previous system when the present system is not at all working and I am completely in the dark not knowing howmuch i downloaded or uploaded as mine is restricted usage of 1 Gb per month. BSNL should revert to the old system o[censored]sage account immediately.

my complain id that - My teliphonr No.is[protected] .of this teliphone no Broadband facility also . I have allready User Name and Password therefore I always pay my teliphone everymonth online but in this new Wabesite as soon as I try to search my Teliphone Bill, this Site not open . sight show that my user name and pasword is wrong so I want to know that once again I have to relogin or What should to do please suggest me.

i use BSNL broadband and my website in not open in only my home but in other place i check this site open so please give me solution for this problem.

Domestic — cannot check the postpaid broadband usage

i cannot check my b.band usage since 31st mar 2010 to 01 april 2010
I am a BSNL Internet Customer under Plan 500C under Bhubaneswar Telecom District, Orissa through my telephone No.[protected]. My customer particulars are Customer Id :[protected]and Account No.: [protected]. I had taken the Broadband connection in October, 2010 and the Modem is provided by BSNL on rental basis. Since the date of taking connection there is inherent problem in the connection. The status of BB connection goes out in every 5 to 10 minutes duration and needs to be reconnected again and again. I had lodged complaints with your representatives from tome to time through BSNL tool free No. and also lodged complaint officially twice. But, no action was taken by your representatives. Rather, they are avoiding giving some careless reply. Being helpless, I consulted a very senior Telecom Engineer who after examining the connection has confirmed that the problem is due to defective Modem. Hence, I request to please send one of your responsible representative to examine and change the Modem.

I see that everyone is facing an issue with checking their account usage details. I know how BSNL is not able to help you and address your issues.

BSNL has been making changes dynamically to their website and no intimation is sent to anyone. Even a new plan has been rolled out UNLIMITED @ 625. Call up[protected] and change your plan. This includes not rental for landline also.

As far the usage is concerned. Please try to open the Selfcare Web site in Internet Explorer and not any other browser as the website has compatibility issues. The following link should help you out.

NOTE: This link is valid for only for DATAONE users in Hyderabad only.

I cannot check my BSNL broadband usage since 4-5 months. Everytime i login "session timed out. Please login again" msg appears on the screen.
i hv the same problm as above
I had forget my portal user ID & password, thats why i could'nt able to view my broadband usage
i had taken your BB-home-500c plan on 17/02/10. From 17/2/10 to 28/2/10 (12days), BB usage charges is shown in the bill as3048358 units while I have not actually used this much unit whin a short span.Pl. look into this matter and request to rectify the readings.
