It is the duty of the BSNL to maintain its transparency in its business, by providing user friendly access in to the broadband usage in this site "http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in" through all types of browsing system like Mozilla Firefox, Internet explorer etc. I saying Because through Mozilla Firefox the "http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in" is not opening...
ridiculus i um not able to find my usage details on this website
Today recd a printed letter along with bill generated by CDR system. The site given for checking broadband usage is given as www.selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in. The site does not open. How should i see my usage plz tel me.

I (Mrs.saroja naik) registered with bsnlbroand usage but intimation o[censored]sage was not yet being received on monthly basis. So kindly give me a guidance regarding verifying my usage of broadband and please send the detail if possible to my email id [protected]@rediffmail.com
