[Resolved]  BSNL — TELEPHONE AND BROADBAND NOT WORKING

BSNL — Broadband and Tel. is not working

I have lodged complaint for broadband access problem in my telephone. Due to week end and holidays there was a delay, so I have waited for more than 5 days. During this 5days I have called their customer support for dozen times but no progress. Today the pittiest part is even the Telephone also not working. Now I have to lodge a complaint from my mobile phone. So far the problem is not resolved and am wondering, will they have any accountability on these complaints registered by each customer?

IS THERE SOME CAN AN EXPLANATION FROM THEM AND CLAIM A DAMAGE FROM BSNL?

BSNL — Telephone not working - Broadband working

My broadband is working well. But my telephone connected along with same broadband is not working. I also changed the phone set. The phone set is working well. I also complained to the telephone exchange. Anybody knows what is the problem?.

Broadband — NOt running

I Have made compaints regarding broadband connection on telephone no.2752405 over telephone to the department concern.
My complaint is not yet resolved.

Broadband — Broadband not working

I got BSNL broadband connected some one month back. It worked fine for 7 days but after that it just stopped working. I have launched several complaints but all in vain.
To my surprise, they close my previous complaints by saying "Problem rectified. Connection proper and working"

This is not expected at all.

Broadband — broadband not working

My broad was connected just 2 days back. It worked for a day and now it is dead. When I try to compalin on 1957 the lady never listen and cut the phone. This happen 6times. Most of the time, it is very difficult to get the line on 1957 and when you get it you get rude behaviour. Why?

Why can't BSNL train their staff for proper behaviour?

I have online checked the status of my TDS refunds and i found that cheque refund returned undelivered by the postal department. I found refunds cheque no. SB11031821. My pan no. is ALJPD0169M and speed post reference no. is EY[protected]in. I has filled my account no. in the form but amount was not credited in my account. Can i take my cheque by visit in the income tax office if yes then please provide me the address and contact no. for that. I want my refund money back. Please do needful.

BSNL — Not working at all

I am using Landline phone with Broadband.

BSNL phone is working only 2-3 days in month...still they are charging monthly charges from customer.

Can somebody help me on this.

I am staying in Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Pune.

Residence — broadband is not working

may broad band connecttion is not working properly since last one month we face too much problem
besides we are paying huge amount per day aprox 25 rupees per day. The problem will not solve in time we have to cahnge another provider. Service of broad band is very nice and connectivity is supereb. But failure of connectivity is probloem. I request make clear at the earliest.

Broadband — not workin

Dear sirs,
I am customer on Rohni area with telephone number 27564757 of Combo. The same I am using for studies of my son who is preparing for IIT. Very sorry to say that on 9/7/09 i lodged the complaint under 6493. The broadband was not working. We were told that adopter was not working. Then a phone came three times just to check whether our complaint is rectified. We told them its not working. Then fourth time a call came to my wife asking her to come to office and take away an adopter.
With this they closed the complaint.
Again 9776/13.7.09 we lodged the complaint and they informed us that our complaint has been done away.
Again today in morning a call came from Mr. Tara Singh and he told us why you are complaining again n again when the complaint has been rectified.But matter of fact is that our complaint has never been rectified.
Again Is it good on part of a worker of MTNL to call a lady and ask her to come to office n collect adopter?????
I request you to look into this matter and inform me what shall we do?
Because of this un attendance to the complaint already I have installed Airtel connection which is working perfectly well.
The same is to inform and to look into the matter.

Broadband — telephone is not working

I HAVE A PROBLEM FROM 20 DAYS MY INTERNET PHONE CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING IN A PROPER WAY. I HAVE COMPLAINED MANY TIMES STILL I HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE. PLEASE CHECK MY PHONE STATUS AND KINDLY REPAIR IT IMMEDIATELY.

bsnl broadband telephone — network problem

During the calling from vodophone mobile to bsnl brodband giving reply that dial number is not available but same i will calling by bsnl mobile it was availble and i can talk .but with me vodophone service only activate fot the same

BSNL — TELEPHONE & INTERNET NOT WORKING

Initially my internet connection was not working. I had given the complaint to the bsnl peoples 12 days back. Thru my regular checkups with bsnl peoples regarding the fault results, my telephone also not working. Gave the complaints so many times. NO ACTION TAKEN SO FAR.
