My telephone No. is 2449 1186. It has not been operating properly since last February' 09. It remains dead off and on.Had it been for Receiver set, kindly change it.

Phone no 22357996 disconnected for about a fortnight and not being restored deapite complaints to the CGM.

Our Land line Phone no[protected] is out of order since 25.05.09 . Lodged a cmplain thru autometic fault booking on 26th for followup Getting 25342198 /25212198 became a very difficult .

My land line[protected] is dead since 02/08/2009. I had lodged complaint on 03/08/09 through computerised fault booking system - docket no. 35190.The fault was not attended - on personal enquiry from local telephone exchange ( Colony More exchange), I was informed that the repair is getting delayed due to strike/ agitation of maintenance staff and it will be attended within a day or two. When the fault was not attended I tried to connect the officer incharges[protected], 25422026,[protected], but the telephone remained unanswered as no one lifted the phone.
On further enquiry through computerised fault booking system on 11/08/2009 I was informed that my complaint is already docketed - docket no. 38725 which was different from docket no. indicated earlier. I am a consumer of BSNL for more than 20 years. I had never faced such a frustating situation in the past and I was by and large satisfied with the performance of BSNL. Now I don't know whom to apprach for getting the fault attended.

My telephone[protected] has not been giving proper service for a couple of month.Incoming service is OK, but outgoing service is dead.I have logged several complaints during this period.No service man has come to my residence to revive my telephone.Under this circumstances I don't know who will rescue me from this undue trouble.Please do something.Otherwise I have to pray to cut off my service.

I have lodged a complaint against my dead telephone no.[protected] through your Automatic Fault Booking Services, vide Docket No.G-3356 dt.[protected]. Till today, after a lapse of four days my land line remains dead as it was / neither I have received any communication from your concerned department, nor any physical presence of any (technical) person has been made so far.
I am sorry to say, if things go like this way, I am ready to surrender my aforesaid land line connection, which please note.
At this instance, I would earnestly seek your immediate active and conducive intervention.

My telephone has been lying dead for more than a fortnight. The last time I lodged complaint was 02/12/09 and Comlaint No is N6195. My telephone No is 24813372.

Please appreciate that I am an octagenerian, lying bed-ridden. My telephone has been alloted on Freedom Fighter Scheme. My telephone is of crying need.

Hope for a quick initiative.

My Land Line No:[protected] dead for -15- days. I Have tried my compliant through your automatic fault booking system but failed no of times.
Kindly look into the matter & solve it at an early date.

My land line No:[protected], dead for about 15 days but no action has been by the Calcutta telephones till date in spite of lodging complaint in '198' number.The complaint docket no is [protected]. Pl. repair it immediately. No one response if I call on the area manager office telephone no [protected]/[protected] and also in Harinavi tel. exchange no [protected].
