[Resolved]  CIBIL — remove my name from cibil

I recived credit cards from citi, icici, barclays bank . I deposite full payment acording to bank on dated 15/01/2011 & 15/02 2011. Then bank give me "0" balance statement and "NO DUES CERTIFICATE" on. But my name show in cibil .So Pl. you remove my name in cibi

I have got Two wheeler Loan, and Credit card from HDFC Bank. and all the dues had paid to the bank. Please advise how to clear my name Name from CIBIL.

Ihave have a smilar credit card non payment issue, my amoutn of 541 been turned 11000 Rs. I tried settling the same with bank but they are asking for hefti money with an assurance of removing my name from cibil. can anyone suggest me how should i proceed...

citi financial / — remove my name in cibil status

My name is Ramaprasad Rudra and I got a Personal Loan from CITI Financial.
I already repay the loan amount to them by settlement and I get the NOC from them on 19.06.2010. And Loan NO is 15169775. Kindly remove my name in CIBIL status list.

I have taken two wheeler loan from TVS Finance and Services Ltd. ag.A/c no.RJ50502448. We have paid full and final Rs. 6200/- on 25.06.2011 but still my name is showing in CIBIL.

my name is listed in CIBIL as negative behavior as was told to me by a bank when i applied for a loan it a shock to me i was settled my credit cards so request that this be immediatlyremove my name in CIBIL, ICICI HDFC, hsbc tata, abn amro, G E money, syndicate bank, standard charterd, SBI cards

dear sir/madam,
i am applying job for multinational home finance company for officer. but company put me a hold for negative profile please remove my name and address from your record book. i never apply for credit card, personal loan, home loan or any financial facilities. so please remove my detail list of defaulter. nainesh trivedi.

Dear sir i have no dues of any bank or credits cards but still my name seen in cibil. please remove it asap.

I strongly feel that it is the duty of all the banks to update CIBIL about the closure off the loans and credit cards when the customers pay all the balance and close their loans and credit card dues. The bank should give the customer "NOC" immediately after he clears all the dues and at the same time the customers name should be removed from deaulters list of CIBIL so that the person will not suffer in getting other loans like home loan. I feel that the cooling off period for the customer in CIBIL should be less. If the customer is clearing all the credit balance and making it zero then it is the duty of both the bank and CIBIL to remove his name from the defaulters list. I again request CIBIL to help such customers in removing their name from Defaulters list if the customer has paid all the credit amount and gets a NOC from bank.

If the person gets a "NOC" from the bank it means that the customer has cleared all his dues. Then it is the duty of the respective bank to inform CIBIL about his credit balance being zero and getting his name removed from the defaulters list off CIBIL. It is my humble request to CIBIL to update the status of such customers immediately as the customer has paid all his dues and got a "NOC" from the bank.

I have used three credit cards and i have done valid settlement for the three cards before 1 years .But when i am planning to take a personal loan they are telling that my name is still there in Cibil defaulter list.Please remove my name from Cibil Defaulter list

I have a complaint against Capital First Finance Company, this company has given wrong loan Due amount details to CIBIL and CIBIL also blindly updated in my CIBIL record, because of CIBIL report & low CIBIL Score i am not able to Apply any loan from Bank or Finance company.
I have spend so much amount to buy CIBIL report and find out the fault against CIBIL report .
I found that in my cibil report Capital First Loan Agreement No : 2310648 has been updated which i had not taken any Consumer loan from that company. but company updated record due to similar Name .
In all this process i was too much mentally disturbed because I applied Personal loan from Bank for my Grandmother's medical treatment, who was suffering from kidney failure and expired due to insufficient amount. which i was not able to pay and my loan was also not sanctioned due to CIBIL report.
Now i want my all dues refunded to me with a penalty amount otherwise i will go to the Consumer court against both the companies .

I Request to RBI please take strict action against both the companies. and give me positive reply as on Urgent basis. As i lost my grandmother because of mistake of that company.
I have cleared all my loans and dues till the date.

As a common man i ask you, if this kind of wrong information is provided by CIBIL so how can we trust on them.
