Non-receipt of Form No.35 was communicated by me to citibank customer care service through e-mail to mailing address www.[protected]@citi.com. Citibank customer care service was swift and prompt in resolving my case. I got my Form No.35 sent by them by courier on 3rd July. I am thankful to citibank for their promptness in resolving my case. I would suggest others who are yet to get their Form No.35 to send their grievance to www.indiaservice @citi.com -K.P.Prem Kumar

Car loan obtained from CMFL in 2007 towards purchase of Maruti SWIFT VXI CAR NO UP 16 N 7967 was repaid in full( together with interest thereon )by me. My CUSTOMER ID : [protected] AND loan No is CEJ[protected]. However, I have not received the NOC and Form No.35 so far. I am unable to sell my car without the Form. Since I have booked a new vehicle on exchange basis from a reputed car company supply of new vehicle is held up by them for want of Form 35 relating to my old car.Please help me to obtain Form No 35 by intimating the location and address of CMFL.

I was having my car loan from "CitiCorp Maruti Finance Ltd" since 2007. After googling it a bit i found out there is no cost required to get your NOC and other required forms.
Background of that bank:
As of November 2012, Citicorp Maruti Finance Limited was acquired by Citicorp Finance (India) Limited.

Ask them you require NOC for your car loan and they will confirm your address and send it without any charges.
