Is cheating to the customer by offering vouchers for travelling and accommodation at low cost.

The company is also shifting the addresses of communication and registered office frequently.

They are cheating customer by making false promises and committments. actual offer is different then what have been promises.

In the interest of general public and to highlight the matter, we hereby are giving some of the details how they cheated us and by making false promises induced us to purchase their offer and now denying to refund the same.

Here is the details of the same:-

In reference to the company’s below mention e mail communication dt. 31/08/2012 received and other phone calls received from mobile no.[protected],[protected],[protected] and from different land line nos.

On the basis of representation made to us, we have made payments for the above said transaction id.

We have received the voucher after a continuous and rigorous follow up at your company on ll no.[protected], [protected],[protected]. but we were surprised to know the real offer from company as we were promised different offer.

On 03/09/2012, first we have booked voucher for transaction id:- 2369684 and after that we have received the call from company that company is offering blackberry handset on booking of second voucher on the name of ladies and giving 15 referrals and also promised that second booking will be having the validity of 24 months instead of 12 months on first transaction id.

But when we received the actual vouchers, both are having validity of 12 months only.

Even we were surprised to know terms and condition of voucher that -

This voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase which means the bearer of this voucher needs to submit their holiday booking request within 90 days from the date of purchase...in the event of failure to send the booking form within the mentioned 90 days time frame, the voucher will be deemed as expired.

This restriction was never communicated to us in the email also and telephonic discussion also.

And more surprisingly the voucher and the letter along with the voucher does not contain any date on which the booking was made (intentionally not mentioned by the company so that at the time of booking they can claim that voucher is expired one).

5. you can split this package for 2 different dates for 2 nights and 3 days at two different locations.

6. offer is only for selected customers.

Offer price: rs. 6045 including all the taxes (rs. 5495 to be paid upfront and rs. 550 at the time of bookings).

Following are the terms & conditions : — 1. the resorts/hotels provided are fully furnished and equipped.
2. you will be responsible for any damage caused to the apartment during your stay and will be asked to pay the resort directly.

As per telephonic conversation with one of our executive, we can consider your case on exception level.We like to inform you as per our T&C of package you have to submit booking request with 90 daus of your purchase, but we can understand that where is some mis communication with our sales team regarding this condition.So we are waiving off this condition for you.

So we request your to use both of your package with in expiry of package (Order ID[protected] &[protected]
and give us at least 21-30 days prior intimation with 2 dates and 2 destination.All booking are subject to availability

I wuold like to point out that Mr. Viral's is not an isolated case of being cheated by false representation and hideous communication. There are a lot more people out there who have been dealt the same fraudulent deal, one of them being dealt to me.

The 90 days clause in contention out here was never disclosed to me and on the contrary, I was assured of a two year validity on the packages by your sales executive. But I obviously know now that this was all fraudulent and you guys would not hold good on your promises.

If this wasn't enough, the promotional offer of gifting a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone on the bulk purchase of 3 or more travel packages was never honoured either. The list of greivances is not short and the attitude of your sales staff is derogatory enough to make me resort to a legal recourse.

Should I not receive any communication from your end BY THE END OF THIS WEEK, I shall be compelled to lodge a formal police complaint and initiate subsequent legal proceedings against your company.

For your reference, the order nos in contention here are: 02522236, 02522165 and 02522133 and the concerned sales person is a certain Mr. Rajiv (phone no. +91 [protected]).

Even I am victim of your click India Holiday package Fraud. I have been trying to get my 3 holiday packages, cancelled from 3 months. My order nos are as follows: 50754881, 50754359, 50753037

I booked 3 packages with them and payed them with my credit card on 21st September 2012. Then i saw in the grahakseva.com(http://www.grahakseva.com/topic/clickindiacom) website that lot of people are cheated by this company. So I decided to cancel my package. When i call customer care to cancel the package, most of the time, the moment they came to know that i am calling to cancel, the representative would cut the call. Then i called the sales department. They told me to send a mail to [protected]@clickindia.com. i sent a mail, waited for 1 week and sent repeated mails. but did not get any reply. So, i called again, after lot of attempts, somebody picked up and asked me to send a mail to [protected]@clickindia.com. i sent mail to this id, but this time also, no response. I repeatedly sent many mails, for which I never received any reply

Immediately after seeing the complaints in grahakseva website, I called clickindia to cancel the package. One lady, Akanksha Sharma picked up the call and told me that, there are complaints about even vodafone. and she assured me that, she will give me personal guarantee and gave me her personal no.[protected] saying, she will help me any time for anything regarding these packages. She also stopped picking up the call once the payment is made.

Then i called click india's customer care, pretending that i am booking a package, then the customer care person started talking. After talking for 5 mins, and confirming that their system is up(system is down was one reason given repeatedly by these people when I called for cancelling those packages), i told them, i am calling to cancel and not to book and i expect her to talk and not disconnect. She tried talking to me for 5 mins and tried convincing me to go ahead and then, she suddently said, there is no way you can cancel this package, It's NON REFUNDABLE!. I asked, where is that mentioned in the terms and conditions sent to me by mail and also on the website. For that, she said, she will send me a fresh terms and conditions page which has this new clause that it's non refundable. Anywhere in the website & in the old terms and conditions it's not mentioned that it's non refundable. now she is ready to send me a fresh terms, which has this new term ! But so far, I have not received this mail with new terms added.

Now I see that even the holiday website, clickindia.com/holiday/destinations.php#india is not accessible. What would you say to all these Mr Mayank? Why are you not mentioning in your websites that it's not refundable? you can reach me at below contact information if you are serious to solve your customer's problems.

I am also a victim of this fraudulent scheme . I booked a holiday package of Rs.5495/- on 12-july-2012 . After that when i tried to book the hotel rooms, they asked me to send Rs.450/- DD along with booking forms . I sent the DD along with Filled booking form . After that i tried to reach them many a times but i got no response from them .

Today i got a call from +[protected] saying sorry for the inconvenience caused and promising refund of Rs.5495 +450 /- .Indeed he had all my booking details .

He mailed me a link : www.time2trips.com/pay.php which i felt suspecious .

when i opened the link, this guy on call asked me to fill the details of my debit card, password by entering the amount Rs.5999/- .
I was sure he is trying to cheat me again by making a fool out of me .

I immediately googled and found this guy is fraud . After i started blasting him badly he immediately disconnected the call .

PLS BE CAREFULL WITH THESE SCHEMES AND REPORT TO POLICE IMMEDAITELY LIKE ME .

After asking for answers that why these people have deducted amount from my account in the name of complaint registration charges. They gave us a reply by saying something really disgusting. Clickindia people should kill themselves rather than cheating other people and feeding their own family coz this way they are not going to live long. Check the image your clickindia.
