I fully agree with you and I understand that the compaq laptops are all have some kind of technical problems and they some how manage to replace parts till the warranty is over and after that they make the customers pay for the replacement. I brought a compaq presario V3225 AU and I have already replaced its system board 4 times in 2 years and LCD display twice. I think we should all join together and file complaint against this company

My frnd i have also bought that compaq notebook and i have received my gift yesterday after six months so send them a mail that i will sue u in the court .

I send a draft of 1300 Rs. to the hp , after a long time I get a massage from hp to change my address
& I change my address. After that I send mail to hp for inquiry but they neither send a response nor
my gift. There are 5 month passes & they say for 6 week.
Compaq Presario — Wrong allegation s
Sir ,I purchased a Compaq Presario on Aug 2010 and within a month its TFT has a problem .When I logged a complaint, there technician came told us we will replace the TFT .After 10 days when the technician came to repalce the screen he said you physically damaged the screen, it wont cover under warranty. That is the wrong allegation putting by the company . In this case , I kindly need your advice wht should be our next step. Kindly advice me.
