[Resolved]  Connect India — Data Card Not delivered despite payment

Dear Sir,

I have ordered an airtel 3g Datacard on 15 december 2012 from Connect India website. made the payment right away for Rs 1099/- thought my SBI debit card Tr ID: "[protected]" .
order number: 5322378.

But have yet not received the device. I have already complained the same on connectindia website a lot of times, but no response.
Please help me by telling me what to do next.
