[Resolved]  Connect India — Sim not Activated / Money not Refunded

Respected Sir,

On 22 / 06 / 2013, Mr. Ranvijay Singh Chandel called me[protected] ) to purchase Tata Docomo Postpaid Plan, and he asked me to pay Rs. 300/- to purchase this plan. He was constant calling me to pay Rs. 300/- and finally I have paid Rs. 300/- online to purchase this plan ( Reference No[protected]. Before paying, he confirmed that document which I have send is enough to activate the plan.

Same evening they supposed to deliver the Sim but they delivered the sim on 23/06/2013 by Mr. Aziz ( [protected] ). He told me that Monday it will be activated.

Then I have to call and do the follow up. Everytime they are giving new reason and excuses. I have given all related document again on Monday. Till now they have not submitted my document and activated my Sim.
Their Bangalore office person ( Mr. Manjunath - [protected]) are also involved in this scam. When I contacted Tat Docomo, they said that till now document has not been submitted. When I asked for refund, proper answer has not given by connectindia managment.

None of them are answering calls. Like me thousand of people are cheated by Connectinda and they have lodged their complaint in Consumer Court.

I request your goodself to take action againts above people as they are part of this scam and many people has been cheated across India.

Please help to get refund of Rs. 300/-.
