I have a courier (Consignment No-HSR9734360) from Hosur to Magdi Road, Chennappa Industrial Estate, Bangalore. It is already 4 days past but there is no track of the courier. When this parcel deliver

) from Bommasandra, Bangalore. It is already 5 days past but there is no track of the
courier. When I have asking their customer care number either they are giving some other number to contact
or saying I am checking it and inform you withing 10 minutes. after that I am am not getting any response
from them.
In this ay I got several phone numbers and mobile numbers like, and talk to many people but no response from them

Professional Courier — consignment not received
I have sent a catalogue via courier to Mathura through professional courier on 24th of june 2010.Till date courier have not been received by the consignee.
Several calls to the courier branch, no satisfactory reply. They are not been able to trace the courier.

Have a courier consignmet from Haryana to Bangalore (Del 3201359) which was sent to Mumbai by this courier service provider and after lodging a complaint it was redispatched to Bangalore on 9th Sep but even now I have not received the consignment. I wanted to find out if anyone knows the process of taking The Professional Courier Services to the court by registring a case against them.
I have written several emails to all the mail address provided on their website but no response even now.
