Country Vacation — Cheaters of poor public
The country vacation people Cheated me. They looted Rs.18000.00 from me. They are public looters in innovative style. They are cheaters.
at last have you got the money? or had you registered the complaint any else where?
This is with reference to our Application No DT 72#1272 dated 20th April 2013 in the name of Mr. Muddu Krishna.
I purchased the membership of Country vacation for Rs 87, 999 almost one and half month ago and wanted to book a trip to Malaysia.
1) But the customer service was so bad that i had to call them around 5-6 times is a day. Executive Mr Banu Prakash and Punith ( Manager ) had promised to book the tickets and confirm the package cost. Every time we call him he had a reason stating concerned team is not working will get back within 24 hours and he never turned up. Repeated follow ups were made, but no response from him. At last executive states that he quit the company.
2) We again received a call from Miss Jenitha from Kormangala Branch stating we have won a holiday package and was pestering us to collect the gifts. We were already a member of country vacation, but still receive call to sell the package. I am totally disappointed with poor service and want to cancel my membership.
3) Spoke to Azar (Manager from Koramangla branch) who started abusing stating he will not refund.
Please help me in getting my refund amount of Rs 32000.
