[Resolved] Credit Card — frauding of credit card | |
To, The icici credit card branch Sub:- Regarding frauding of my ICICI Bank credit card. Sir, I would like to inform you that earlier on Nov. 6th, 2009 that lost of my broken ICICI Bank credit card ([protected]) which was misused by someone on 5/11/09& the complaint no is SR[protected]. One thing which I like to bring under your notice that on 04/11/09 I got a call on my mobile no. [protected] from someone in ICICI credit card marketing department, he told me about my credit card details and asked me to apply for new upgraded credit card as on my old card,which has a low credit limit. Again he called me on my mobile on 05/11/09 and send a guy at my residence at around 5 pm, at that time I gave him my photograph & copy of PAN card and show him my broken credit card. But I can't remember whether I took back the card or not and that's why I just complained for missing card. During these days I was very busy with my work & and some predetermined assignment. But from last one week I have been trying to contact that person on his all two numbers ([protected] & [protected]) from which he made call on my phone. I am not getting from that side,even my documents are not submitted as I didn't get any receiving from ICICI bank. Now I'm sure that the guy who came at my residence for documents, somehow managed to take away the credit card & used it. I have lodging the complaints in police station which i have sent to you earlier,now police investigation going on,but icicibank send him mail that these disput is in bank favour. i want to you that if these purchesing was done by me?,kindly see that silp&give him details of ATM withdraw. kindly resolve this case as soon as possible I will be highly thankful for that.
