Credit Card — non receipt of statement

We have not received credit card statement for the period of 03/03/2007 to 02/04/2007 on credit card no. [protected]. I have complained on telephone more than 20 times and through e-mail on e-mail id [protected]@hsbc.co.in. But sorry to say i have not received the statement and every time, you charged financial charges + service tax and so many other charges. I am tired to complain to your people. I hope you will look into this matter and send me the staement for this above period to make the payment from my side. Otherwise, in future, i will not make any payment to you for old outstanding plus other charges.

during this month i received a sms that my credit card statement has been on my above email. but till today i have neither received the postal nor mail statement.only o/s i can know online.kindly send my statement by both the ways as u used to do till last month.by postal once we come to know yr offers also.one more thing my purchases are for rs 11250/88 & points earned is nill .howcome it is possible.kindly look into the matter.i hope for early reply

I lost my credit card no.[protected] while on tour to ALLAHABAD. I have since blocked the card.
Earlier on information on my mobile ([protected]) I deposited outstanding dues amounting to Rs.30, 290 only.
On coming back home I checked my e-mail and did not find the statement for this amount.(MARCH 2013 )
