Dear Sir, I have settled my hdfc credit card of 7500/- in Oct 2010, while settling the outstanding amount the hdfc executive has promised me that, my name will be removed from CIBIL records within 3 months, which is not removed till now, due to which i am facing difficulties for getting loans, i request the concern dept to clear my name from the cibil records, so that, i can start my new transactions happily. Hi Sir/Madam,
I have applied Two wheeler loan from Indus Ind Bank in 2010 and is still Active, i have 4 cheque bounces and i have paid all the penalty, but when i applied the CIBIL report it is showing that every month i am due, which is creating problem while applying for personal loan. kindly help me out.

I have settled my hdfc credit card of 7500/- as they offered in Oct 2010, while settling the outstanding amount the hdfc bank people has
promised me that, my name will be removed from CIBIL records permanently within 3 months, which is not removed till now,
due to which i am facing difficulties for getting loans, more over, they didnt even removed DPD's also.
I request the concern dept to clear my name from the CIBIL records, so that, i can start my new transactions happily.

Credit Card — Clear my name from CIBIL
Dear Sir / Madam,I have been facing problems while applying for loans or credit cards that my name appears as defaulter on the CBIL site.
As far as my knowledge goes i had an outstanding issue with Citibank on the credit card payment against which I had got it cleared & have e-mail communiaction from them that my outstanding is zero, inspite of the same my name appears as defaulter on the CBIL site.
Request you to please advice the procedure to clear my name from the same.
