Tata is reputed compney but after sales sarvice is very bad. I m still waiting since last 10 days. No service guy is visited at my home to repair my saMsung led . This extend warrenty paper Is just vest
My Invoice No. SLF02A[protected], Dt. 09/02/2013, purchased from CROMA, Hyderabad a Split A.C., Brand Voltas, Model: Platina, Product Code: 170647 and Extended Warranty Code: 172866. In the month of March 2014, A.C. was not working with contacting so many higher authorities of Voltas, Croma and Infinit1 Retail Ltd. got repaired the A.C. do not think to get the work done by call center no way. Again I am held up with smart staff of TATA Call center, having A.C. is not cooling and the remote is also not working with just wasting time with no response and dying in this summer, because this time in Hyderabad summer weather extended in rainy season also, there is no rain. It is proved that TATAT's can not handle extended warranty, this is just machine for making money, I humbly request the higher authorities to cancel my extended warranty contract and refund my money, and relieve me from, making so many calls, wasting so many precious man hours, etc.

This is only money making trick. After a refrigertaor problem i am still waiting for a service after 10 days and not one call back from them leave alone a service visit
i am also surprised about the brand name TATA. i am very disapointed with this brand value. I m facing a very surprisefull answer & services from one asist puechased by Tata croma. They are spoil the TATA emage. I have purchase the product & servicesfrom TATA but i think this my worst dicision in my life, i m harresed with one asist. My advise for all my freinds pls d'nt purchase any thing from croma. My exprience is worst with Tata croma.

service provided by TATA CROMA for extended warranty product is so pathetic. I purchased 1.5 tone split A/C of CROMA brand from CROMA outlet itself. I have register a complain on 29th July four days back As its fan was not working, people working there are so Irresponsible nobody came to attend the complain even I didn't receive a call from them. One irritating customer care no. They have that is [protected].there is impossible to connect the call or nobody will pick the phone even after having a continues ringing for 45 minute. I can share my experience As i put up in Mayur Vihar phase-3 new Delhi . I was coming to saket I dialed the same above no. When I left my home for saket I kept the speakers of phone on as I was driving it was ringing continuously for 45 minute as it took me reach saket but unfortunately I couldn't connect.
Few month back i purchased the laptop from croma they explained me same thing about extended warranty and offered the same.
So my overall experience with service provided my croma to its customer is pathetic and irritating that in future I will think twice before purchasing anything from croma.
Why these people are charging extra money for extended warranty If they can't provide service for that.This is just making fool to customer, charging them and ultimately ignore the customer need.
Even they have given me the service request no. on 29th July i.e 137234.
They are Just misusing the such big name (TATA).
