[Resolved]  BPL Mobile — customer service & customer service assist hung up

i refilled my cell after 48 the amt is reduced back coz bpl says the dealer said he recharged the mobile by mistake it was recharged for the wrong number ;
i call & speak wit the mobile assist ( customer service ) while clarifying the the problem the could not explain it & was reapiting the same thing & he & his colleuge was laughing & then he hung up the phone : wit out informing ; the most poorest service by bpl mobile

My account is reduced by Rs 20/-. Reason by your executive is "I have activated caller tune". I had already made a complaint to u but ur reason is also same. This is not what we customer need. Kindly do the needful
I stay in Kalwa i m facing problem in making calls n receving calls and also in wap service but when i beyond thane da wap service is good and can receive and make calls, but while at home ie in kalwa is can't i facing ths problem since last six days i have compalinta many times but nothing has been done. I WENT TO BPL GALLERY SITUATED AT MOHAMEDALI ROAD, 107/ HASHAM BUILDING, MUMBAI 3. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE WAS VERY POOR, NO BODY WAS GIVING PROPER ANSWERS & ALL THE CONSUMERS WERE COMPLAINING. I WAS MADE TO GO TO THE GALLERY FOR A SMALL PROBLEM FOR 5 TIMES BETWEEN 17TH DEC2010 TO 20TH DEC 2010 AND EVERY TIME THE GUEST RELATION OFFICER WAS NEW AND EVERY TIME HE HAS A DIFFERENT STORY TO ASK ME. IN MY 3RD VISIT I MET MR ZUBIN, AND HE ASKED ME FOR SOME NEW DOCUMENTS, WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT WHY DONT YOU PEOPLE TELL US WHAT DOCUMENT YOU ALL REQUIRE IN OUR VERY FIRST APPOINTMENT HE HAD HIS ANSWERS READY, THAT YOU DID NOT COME TO MY COUNTER AND I DONT KNOW YOU SPEAK TO WHOM AND WHY I GAVE HIM THE NAME OF PERSON I MET BEFORE IN THESE GALLERY, HE SAID THEY ARE NOT ON DUTY TODAY. WHEN I ASKED HIM THAT I WANT TO SPEAK TO THE SENIOR EXECUTIVE IN CHARGE HERE HE SAID HE IS ON LEAVE AND ALSO WHEN I ASKED FOR HIS CONTACT NO THEY SAY THEY CANT GIVE AND WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR THE GALLERY CONTACT NO THEY SAY THEY DONT HAVE.. EVEN THE NAME OF THE EXECUTIVE THEY GAVE ME WITH LOT OF RELUCTANCE.THE EXECUTIVE NAME WAS MR MOHAMMED, FULL NAME THEY DIDNT TELL ME. THESE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARD OF BPL.
I THINK BPL PEOPLE SHOULD LEARN AND IMPROVE THIER CUSTOMER RELATION DEPARTMENT FROM THE OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER COS.AND THEY SHOULD EITHER REMOVE THESE KIND OF PEOPLE LIKE ZUBIN WHO DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THE CONSUMER OR AND IS WORKING IN THIER GALLERY OR TEACH HIM GUEST RELATION PROPERLY. MY NAME IS AIJAZ PERFUMEWALA.
