[Resolved] Dass Electronics Pune — No answer from the dealer for delivery of goods after 2 months | |||
I have bought Sony LCD BX300 & Home Theater DZ310 on 22 Oct 2010 from Dass Kalyaninagar Showroom. I have made down payment of 13K & paid rest amount from Bajaj Finance. Delivery was planned on 30 Oct but Till date I have received it. Their showrooms have been sealed by Canara Bank for dues. From 01 Nov I am calling them for delivery & they are providing me new date. I have booked a LCD TV from Dass Wanowrie on 26th Oct 2010. I have not received the prod or my refund back. I have been chasing them up for last 2 months but no result. They only say we would deliver next week. But nothing has happened.
Please let me know what should be done.

Dass Electronics — Not delivered goods and not refunding money
Dear Sir / Madam,We have purchased Electronic Appliances (namely refrigerator, microwave, washing machine & aquaguard water purifier from Dass Electronics in Pune on 16th October'2010.
The goods were not delivered and after a lot of calls, we were told that the Stores have been sealed by their bank. Following which, Dass Electronics have been pomising us the deivery of the goods when ever we called them every - 2 days.
Finally, we were told that we should apply for a refund. We have done the same and have not received the refund till date.
Kindly advise.

I had booked L.G Ref from Dass PCMC showroom on 28/10/2010.
I found the showroom was closed, but to my surprise on lady was constantly in touch with me on telephone giving me the updates on regular basis. And finally on Dec i received my product.
I appreciate the customer orientation of Dass.
I know that there was a delay, but i understand that there were going through a bad situation.

In such hardship that the company was going through but still they kept me & other customers in confidence and kept the positive communication on.

Though they talk positively on telephone the money is yet to refunded ... About Rs 25000/- since Nov 2010...when do we get the money???

You are lucky that you have got the product from Dass. But every body is not so lucky. I had paid 95K on 14/10/2010 for Sony LCD & Home theater. but till today I have not received the product nor the money from Dass.Everytime Mr. Naresh ( Owner ) comes with new date & promishwhich never works. now i am fed up with him & planning to move to consumer court.Dass is faceing hard time because of their own deeds but we are suffering because of their bad deeds.

Meanwhile, DASS showrooms aere closed due to some legle case on them from last more than month period. no one from DASS is giving proper comittmnet since then about opening of the same.
Now after that, nearly 2 months are passed, my 2 EMIs are al;ready gone & still i dont received washing machin yet.
I want to cancel the billing from DASS & purchase it from another dealer now.
