[Resolved]  Dass Electronics Pune — Too Bad Service by Dass Electronics

I purchased items worth 1 lakh from Dass aundh store. I have balance amount of Rs. 5000 (five thousand with them) in spite of hundred calls they have not refunded my money.
One service person provided me his number..once it worked...and later nobody picked up that phone..when I called on Aundh branch landline, I understand that sales person has transferred to Camp branch. Again when I spoke to other person, yet I have not received my money...
Even service aspect was reticulous, price committed and billed was different, late delivery..hundred calls to get items...and yet no demo people came to my place even after 2 years time -:)???
Yet money pending with them...
Big Name..Big cheating...

Dass is really worst. Two weeks back I purchaced Hitach AC from Dass. Before purchacing they told that they have very skilled team of people to install ACs. The people they sent for installation were pathetic. Just wanted to install as quickly as possible ignoring most critical step like vacumming the gas pipes, soap test for gas leakage, proper insulation of gas pipes. This I later understood when Hitachi people visited my place. Dass people somehow installed the AC, leaving electical wire hanging. No demo, no test run. They told get your electrical wiring done and then test.. this was horible.

The most important thing on this is that Dass didn't tell me about warantee of AC. It is clearly mentioned in Hitachi manual that if installation of AC is done by other than Hitachi personel, the warantee becomes null & void. Dass just wanted earn money on installation as well.. what a thirdclass mentality.

No service after Dass receive money .. No professionalism.. worst.. no one should buy from Dass..
i m agree with above customers faced problem by Dass electronics and whirlpool, i am also a victim of them, i purchased a whirlpool front load profesional washing machine, i have just purchased on oct-2009, the day technecian(shankar)installed the new pc, it was faulty.thn to replace it they made to struggle a lot, well anyhow they have replaced it, but now even the 2nd pc is also faulty, indicator not working, spine n rinse option nt working.Dass ppl r really puthetic, at the time we go to thier shop for purchasing they talk very nicely, later they did not eve respond nicely.

i m really fadeup with dass electronic and whirlpool co in pune, can anybody suggest how to teach
