Prepaid connection — Music Station cheating

My airtel mob no is [protected].For last 5 months Airtel is deducting Rs 30 for music station. I am not using this service.Every time when i contact the customer service, they told me that they had forwarded the complaint and also requested for deactivation. but the deactivation never happened yet. but out of 3 times they had refunded twice.On february 13th they deducted rs 30 twice within a period of half an hour. when i contacted in the customer support, they confirmed tht both are deducted for music station only.. Again the request is forwarded by them for refund.this time they told me that now a new process is started to deactivate for customers. call 543213 and select language and select 0. i tried that also.After 35 days, after many reminders airtel refunded Rs. 30(out of 60) on 18th evening.i saw the amount credited on 19th morning.when i coctactd, executive Anisha said that the other 30 will be credited within some more days.but around 11 am, the amount credited is again deducted back. when i contacted again on 20th evening, Mr Jibi told me that, these 60 rupees cannot be refunded.coz i had made a call to 543213..First time i was told that .if we try 543213, then the music station will be get activated.But previously all other executives are asking me to call that number immediately to deactivate. The problem i was facing is that, there is no way to know the status of the account of music station.the executives says that they dont have the system to check the status of music station with them. so what to do.
Airtel is cheating people with music station..
Music station is a trap to users.
i really dont know what TRAI is doing there..is there is no way to control these kind of cheating..
I have no other option now other than throw this SIM away..But the people who need to retain the number, what they will do????

I have made several calls on phone number 12630033 to deactivate the music station but there is no way to reach any representative. Forcefully Rs.19/- per month are being deducted from my account. Why unnecessary messages/ calls are forwarded to pressurize the customers. Cheating is made to activate the music station etc. forcefully. Will anyone hear me? Music station be deactivated from my mobile. I have received no message in spite of lodging the complaints with the customer care. My complain numbers are K[protected] and K[protected]. I caution all the customers not hear unwanted calls of BSNL and attend their messages.

I totally believe your words as it happened to my mobile. I nether ask for cricket info nor send sms for that services it goes on comming and my balance gets reduced whenever the sms sent to me.


I is totally misleading, cheating, torchuring and wasting the time of customer and minting money in dubious ways.

I have very good regard on TATA product but in this is case it is totally reversal. Even now if the top management reliases it and action to be taken on these activities otherwise it losses its credibility.


I is rather big affence as per customer is concern, they are cheaing the customer.

I have a prepaid connection of [protected] music station subscription Rs.19 has been deducted periodically which i want to quit through many ways as per the guidance of customer care services that came in vain. will this bsnl department take care of this and rectify? Is it not one of the way of taking money from one's pocket ? Please do as possible as you, and reply me:-)

me too have same problem. For me also music station is activated. every month i call to customer care but they said to call to some other no. which cost Rs.1 for 30sec. IF they say in msg format it wil be good to deactivate.

i have the same problem without my notice i m being charges 19th a month and i m cancelling it it is not yet done so wht to do for this kind of problem

My prepaid service of BSNL is [protected]. Unilaterally Rs.19/- is being debited every month towards music station charges. Repeated attempts to deactivative the service is proved to be futile. The customer service reps of BSNL are callous and they are not coming forward to sort out the issue.

I am left with no other alternative to discontinue the above prepaid service to escape from the unsolicited debit of Rs.19.00. useless service by BSNL and I strongly condemn their poor service.
