Dear Sir/ Madam
I am Satish Shrivastava, I am an Airtel user having prepaid connection [protected] which was taken a month back and it was working fine. But strangely few days back it got disconnected/deactivated without giving any prior information. I called the customer care, I have been told to visit nearest branch but the people over there is only saying that it has been PD .
Now they are trying to find the reason, till now I havent received any call on my alternate number.
Please let me know the reason for the same . My address is same as per my filed document, so i am unable to understand this.
