see i have repeatedly writing you this letter and this is third time reminder that i had debit card bearing No. [protected] and i have forgetten my four digit pin code number and please issue me the pincode by email or by post as early as possible so that i can use Atm of canara Bank

an amount of Rs.612.75 has been deducted from my account(no.[protected]) of Bikash Bhavan, SaltLake on 23.05.08.I have drawn the fact of such wrong debit to the notice of the bank authorities submitting all necessary documents.But no tangible result has been achieved.I dont know who would come to my rescue and save me from being punished for no fault of mine.Debapriya Nag

This is in regards to my axis bank’s debit card. My card got stuck in an Axis ATM machine in Malviya Nagar and it broke. Staff in the bank had asked me to filled-out two different forms on two different days to get a new card. However, I haven’t received the card yet and they are not even letting me know the status of the request. Please let me know whom can I contact to get the card delivered to my current address ASAP.

My account is with the Axis Bank Noida. I have spoken with the staff in Noida as well and they have provided a consignment number and as per the courier company my card has been delivered to Axis Bank Malviya Nagar branch. When I asked for the card in the bank they said that they haven’t received. They are not even checking the status, they have given me number to call and when I call that that number they don’t even pick up my calls.

This is how they have been giving me run around. I have left with no cheque now and I’ am of afraid of asking for a new cheque book because they are going to give me another run around.
Please let me know what I can do to get the card delivered.
Is there a way I can change my salary account.

A staff member in Noida called me mad because I asked her to check my request by my account number.Her name is Neha.

Another staff of the same branch said where ahs he got my number from because she was nit willing to tell me the status of the request. Her name is Renu.

i wanted to purchase a thing through my Axis bank debit card on December 21, 2008, since the seller is entered wrong amount(Rs.435/-) without my knowledge. So i did not sign in the purchase slip and cancelled the purchase. but the amount is being deducted in my account. So i complained to refund my amount Rs.435/- to my account.
But the bank staff are still passing our own time by asking consignment slip and everything like complaint letter. I produced my complaint letter to the concerned branch, but i am unable to collect the consignment slip since i cancelled the purchase. Those bank peoples are still rotating time and not responding to my mails.

Debit card — Not to deduct the amount for transaction from other banks ie. Rs. 281/- per annum.

I am a costumar of Axis Bank at the Branch of Rajauri Garden, New Delhi. My salaried account no. is [protected]. The axix bank deduct Rs. about 280/- per annum as the charges for transaction from other Banks than Axis. The debit card is Gold Card. You are requested not to deduct the same amount from my salaried account in future. If it is deducted today for the next financial year kindly refund it immediately.

I have submit a form to transfer my account from Mathura branch[protected] to Pune branch in bund garden on 08.06.09 and still havn't received my new debit card!!!

The wowan in the brunch said it will take only one week ...Now its been 5 weeks !!!

Sir my name is Azam pasha last month when i was taking my salarry from my account the amount was 3700 on[protected] and i complained about that on[protected] but till now i didnt got my money back its almost 1/2 month being after given that complaint my account Number is 16764 so plaese reply me and clarify from that Karnataka bank and plaese let me know what is the possision of my money deducted from the karnataka bank ATM and i have also filled the charge back request form but then also iam not getting my money back so please reply me if something will not happen i have to give a complaint to RBI so please reply me and give me the money back please it is a request
